Beef Rice Noodle



1 pc Fillet Mignon cut beef / 1/4 lb Beef

1/2 tsp Black Pepper

1 tsp Salt

2 tbsp Olive Oil


Rice Noodle

6 oz or 3/4 Package of Rice Noodles

2 cups Hot Water



3 tbsp Olive Oil

2 Broccoli (sliced)

1 Garlic Clove (thinly sliced)

2 Eggs (beaten)

1/2 tsp Granulated Garlic

1/4 tsp salt

1 tbsp Liquid Amino

3 tbsp Soy Sauce

1/2 tsp Salt

1/2 tsp Black Pepper

Rice Noodle

1.Boil water.

2. Pour it on your rice noodle. Let it sit for 10-15 mins



1. Season your beef by sprinkling salt, black pepper, olive oil.

2. Heat a pan over medium heat.

3. Fry each side for 2 mins (for fillet mignon) and 1 min for sliced beef by stirring it constantly.

4. Set aside and chopped the fillet mignon when it cools down.


Beef Rice Noodle

1. Set same pan that you use for the beef over medium heat.

2. Pour in 1 tbsp of olive oil.

3. Saute the broccoli by adding in the 1/2 tbsp liquid amino and 1/4 tsp pepper .

4. Put on the garlic and keep stirring until garlic is a little brown.

5. Set aside the veggies.

6. On the same pan put in the 1 tbsp of olive oil then fry the egg by stirring it constantly.

7. Add the granulated garlic salt and a dash of black pepper.

8. Add the beef and stir it for 10-15 secs.

9. Drain your rice noodles and add it on the pan.0


10. Add the remaining of your liquid amino, soy sauce and pepper.

11. Keep stirring until well combined then add on the broccoli and DONE!
