Meats 

Meats are food that coming from a flesh of an animals from land or water. There are 2 categories of meats this are the white meat and red meat below are the meats by categories.

 

Red Meats

is commonly red in color when it is raw and dark in color after it is cooked. Some of the meats that are commonly use for dishes as a red meat categorized are as follows;

Beef – meat or flesh came from an animal cow.

Pork – meat or flesh came from an animal pig.

Venison  – meat or flesh came from a deer or elks.

Mutton – meat or flesh came from a lamb or sheep.

Chevon or Cabrito or Capretto – Meats that came from goats.

Bear Meat – Meats who came from the bear.

 

White Meats

is commonly lighter in color like pink and white after it is cooked. Some of the meats that are commonly use for dishes  as a white meat categorized are as follows;

Chicken meat – meat or flesh came from a chicken or rooster.

Turkey meat – meat or flesh came from a turkey.

Seafoods meat – Fish are typically or commonly categorized as white meat too even  though salmon is remain its orange color after you cooked them they were still categorized as white meats.

 

To make sure that all information is right please call your local department of wildlife and fisheries. Animals that are listed above are the only animals that I know but not all of them are available in the market and not all of them I already cooked or ate.
