Vegetarian Eggless Pancake
5-6 Pcs. of 6 Diameter pancake
1 1/4 cups of Flour
1 tbsp Baking Powder
1 1/2 tbsp Sugar
2 tbsp Oil
1/4 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 cup Vanilla Almond Milk
1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tsp oils (for brushing the pan)
1.Put flour, baking powder and sugar in a bowl together the stir it.
2. Add the oil, unsweetened almond milk and vanilla almond milk to your dry mix then mix it all well using balloon whisk or spatula.
3. Add the vanilla extract and then mix it very well until well combined.
4. Fire up your stove
5. Brush your pan with 1/2 tsp of oil before cooking your pancake.
6. Enjoy your pancake 🙂
